PIG ROAST & SILENT AUCTION
Save this date, because you’re invited to our Annual PIG ROAST -- Saturday, March 17 at 6:00 pm in the Parish Hall. Featured items on the menu include roast pork, hog maw, and delicious ham and bean soup!
The Pig Roast is a hearty meal enjoyed in the company of Christian fellowship on a cold winter’s night! Place settings, and hot coffee and iced tea will also be provided. Please bring hot or cold side dishes and desserts to share.
A special feature of the evening will be the SILENT AUCTION, sponsored by the Junior High and Senior High Youth. All proceeds from the auction will be used to help defray the costs of sending our youth to work camps and National Youth Conference (NYC) this summer.
Your donations of high-quality auction items are welcomed. Examples include quilts, wall hangings, paintings, hand-made crafts, wood crafts, lawn ornaments, gifts for gardeners, household decor, gift certificates, and services to be provided. We are seeking donations of handmade and purchased items, time in vacation properties, and services such as car washing, pet sitting, tutoring, cleaning, instruction, painting, snow removal, landscaping, etc. Gift baskets are welcomed as well. We’d be happy to accept certificates for merchandise or services from your company. If you are interested in donating, please contact Suzanne Levitt.
